The company is currently looking for a building maintenance manager(s), whose job type would be:
Place of work - Skarulių st. 10, Jonava.
- Preparation, management and implementation of infrastructure and technical projects;
- Planning, organization and control of infrastructure works: control of energy management, facilities, structures, repair works;
- Preparation of technical tasks for service procurement;
- Organization of the infrastructure work of the group of companies (up to 4 employees);
- Supervise the quality of works of infrastructure servicing companies, hold tenders to ensure efficient functioning of buildings/premises and prompt performance of necessary repairs.
Place of work - Skarulių st. 10, Jonava.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced education in the field of engineering/technical/construction;
- Knowledge of laws regulating building maintenance;
- Ability to read and manage technical drawings;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD;
- Driver's licence B category);
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- You have experience in the fields of energy, construction, structures, equipment maintenance (advantage);
- You speak Lithuanian and English well.
