Senior engineer of substations - in the infrastructure maintenance center

Nature of work

At the moment, with the team of the central headquarters of the Infrastructure Maintenance Center in Vilnius (part of the working time also works from other cities - Kaunas, Alytus, Panevėžys, Utena)

  • 10 - 400 kV voltage, substations and switchboards, basic equipment and material emergency reserve requirement formation, preparation of documents for acquisitions, management and control of use;
  • initiation and implementation management of investment tasks for the replacement of individual devices;
  • analysis of the technical requirements of the main equipment of substations and switchboards, preparation and updating of equipment operation technical documents;
  • investigations of malfunctions in substations and switchboards, analysis of causes, determination of malfunction reduction measures, implementation and implementation control;
  • control of the quality and timeliness of the performance of equipment operation works, using the Asset Management Information System;

Employee requirements

  • higher education in electrical energy, electrical engineering;
  • at least 3 years of experience in the field of electricity;
  • good knowledge of electrical equipment installation, construction, test scopes and norms, as well as electrical equipment operation, legal acts;
  • good computer skills (MS Office),
  • category B driver's license;
  • communication, responsibility, initiative, time planning skills;
  • skills of work organization and cooperation in a team.
  • Advantages:
  • certificate of qualification of the technical maintenance manager of special construction works
  • for work with (up to 400 kV voltage) engineering networks. Scope of work: installation of electricity supply and distribution equipment; installation of static electricity engineering systems;
  • work experience in the construction of 110 - 330 kV voltage transformer substations, performance of operational works;
  • VK or AK electrical safety category.
  • knowledge of English and Russian (for reading technical documentation)
