- Ensuring the smooth operation of the ATM network (monitoring of the ATM system, failure registration, etc.)
- Communication with external partners responsible for the technical maintenance of post machines
- Close cooperation with colleagues in developing services and implementing various projects related to the network of post machines
- Advising employees of other departments on the operation of post machines and parcels
- Organization of installation, relocation and servicing of post machines
