Personal Assistant and Concierge for High-Profile Individual

The successful candidate will serve as a Personal Assistant/Concierge to a university professor and executive at a scientific research company. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and oversee household operations with precision and a keen eye for detail. The tasks can be outsourced at reasonable rates, but need to be supervised, overseen and you must be willing to step in when necessary.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage logistics for both domestic and international trips.
  
• Engage in diverse tasks ranging from administrative duties to managing personal requests.
  
• Embrace the challenges of a high-availability role that demands flexibility and adaptability.
  
• As a general guideline the job can be done by performing 40 hours of work a week or less, but requests that require attention can come in over weekends or evenings, as needs arise.
  
• This is not an office job. About 50% of the job requires physical presence in Vilnius and sometimes other places, and about 50% can be done remotely.
  

Requirements:

• A university degree.
  
• Excellent command of the English and Lithuanian languages.
  
• Valid driver’s license.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, precision and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  
• Excellent soft skills, with an ability to communicate and lead diplomatically and effectively.
  
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
