Nature of work:
- Preparation and maintenance of personnel documents (admission/dismissal of employees, vacations, business trips, preparation of working time schedules and newsletters, etc.);
- Working with Debetas personnel program and UKG document management system (we are currently in the process of implementing UKG);
- Organization and implementation of personnel search and selection;
- Calculation of personnel indicators, preparation of reports;
- Smooth organization of office work (ordering stationery, household goods, etc., administration of the main company e-mail, receiving calls, etc.);
- Maintenance of the company's archive;
- Reception of guests (reservation of hotels, taxis, catering, etc.);
- Organization and execution of events, holidays, personnel projects;
- Cultivation of company culture and values.
Successful completion of these duties will help:
- Clerical knowledge and skills in working with MS Office basic programs;
- Very good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Planning, organization, communication and cooperation skills;
- Experience in personnel document management (great advantage);
- Experience in the search and selection of employees (a big advantage);
- Knowledge of the DK of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal provisions governing labor relations (a big advantage);
- Education in administration, organizational psychology, human resource management, law or similar field (strong advantage).
