Here again, the same from the TRELO network of truck and trailer repair centers - where they can't sit still and still think that they need to grow and, accordingly, look for new "trels".

This time we are looking for someone who would dive in the water in the spreadsheets and graphs, who would have the greatest pleasure in communicating with colleagues on a daily basis and whose main responsibility would be to ensure that TRELO has the right number of qualified staff in four countries. . Somehow va so briefly, and now let’s get to the bottom line.

What do we expect from you?

  • That you have experience in administrative and similar work (an advantage if that experience was gained in production, logistics, construction or other sectors, where most of the employees' work is organized on a term basis (business trips).
  • To be able to plan the working time of other employees.
  • That you speak English and Russian (at least B1 level).
  • That you have excellent command of the Microsoft office package (Excel and Word).
  • That you can quickly react to problematic situations and solve them.
  • That you are independent and proactive.
  • So that you don't get very angry with a colleague who calls you on the weekend, because something became unclear to him before going to work abroad (or suddenly he can no longer leave...).

What will be your main functions?

  • You will make work and business trip schedules for employees of Lithuanian and foreign repair centers (on the principle of business trips).
  • You will buy travel tickets for employees going on business trips.
  • Prepare and forward all necessary travel documents to employees.
  • Prepares all necessary documents for business trips.
  • You will ensure the provision of work clothes and footwear for employees.
  • Communicate directly with employees going abroad for work (in Lithuanian, Russian and English).
  • Communicated and cooperated with foreign service providers.
  • I react quickly and solve problematic situations.
  • Will take care of other general personnel administration issues.
  • You will perform other functions assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.

  • Salary from 1300 to 1500 eur in hand. The specific financial offer will depend on the candidate's competencies
  • Workplace in the Vilnius office on Savanorių pr. 178A.
