Personnel administrator - accountant

Administration and control of processes related to employee labor relations (from the moment of employment of the employee to the termination of the employment contract);
Cooperation with the necessary institutions (Sodra, Employment Service, etc.) in order to ensure a smooth process of employment of persons from third countries;
Preparation and improvement of personnel procedures and systems, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
Management of employee data in the personnel accounting program;
Supervision and coordination of timekeeping;
Employee leave administration;
Management of internal communication and external correspondence flows;
Respond promptly to inquiries and calls, providing the necessary information;
Administration of authorizations and invoices;

Diligence, diligence, attention to detail, honesty and the ability to work independently;
Excellent computer skills;
Knowledge of English (advantage);
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills;
Work experience in office administration is an advantage.

A comfortable working environment and all the tools necessary for effective work;
Monthly remuneration from 800 to 1200 EUR after taxes;
Work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. workdays;
