Nature of work

  • Prepare drafts of documents related to personnel administration (recruitment, change of duties, dismissal, annual performance evaluation, promotion, leave granting, etc.);
  • Secretary in tenders and meetings initiated by the institutions served (performance evaluation, promotion, etc.), prepare minutes and other documents of such meetings;
  • Organize the process of ordering, delivery, exchange of certificates of civil servants, prepare relevant documents;
  • Manage the data of the administered personnel in the Register of State Servants, in the institution's personnel administration information systems;
  • Cooperate with colleagues of the serviced institution(s) in matters of personnel administration processes and data provision, provide consultations, prepare certificates and reports;
  • Conduct trainings and provide practical assistance to employees performing personnel administration functions on practical issues of performing personnel administration functions, drafting legal acts and other documents, and working with personnel administration information systems.

Employee requirements

  • Have a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree;
  • Have at least 3 (three) years of experience in the field of personnel administration;
  • Ability to prepare internal legislation in the field of personnel and knowledge of clerical rules;
  • Knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government resolutions, other legal acts regulating civil service and labor relations.
