Head of the Personnel Administration Department

Nature of work

• Coordination of personnel administration processes and ensuring quality implementation
• Ensuring the management of labor relations in accordance with the requirements of legal acts
• Responsibility for all personnel administration functions, initiation of innovative solutions in the management of personnel processes
• Management of digitization projects of personnel systems and documents
• Determining department goals, monitoring and analyzing performance indicators
• Consulting of managers on personnel administration topics
• Effective communication with the team and its development (6 employees)

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher education (in the field of human resources, business administration, law - an advantage)
• 3-5 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Experience with SAP HCM (SAP HR) is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English or German (level B2 or higher)
• Project management experience and strong organizational skills
• Ability to focus and motivate the team and coordinate the interests of different parties
• Strategic, analytical thinking, orientation to the result
