Nature of work
- Implementation of the employee recruitment process: preparation of necessary documents, signing, training, archiving, etc.;
- Implementation of the employee employment process: preparation of documents, signing, archiving;
- Preparation, administration, archiving of other personnel documents;
- Collection, deadline control, registration, archiving of all personnel documents (both personal and company prepared);
- Preparation and process management of personnel documents for employees from third countries;
- Working with the Migration Department, the Employment Service and other institutions, submitting the necessary documents;
- Cooperation and assistance to employees of other departments/units;
- Maintenance of office order, provision of necessary tools;
- Working with the programs in the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (in the field of personnel management would be an advantage);
- At least 1 year of successful work experience in the field of personnel administration, good clerical and document preparation skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work at a fast pace individually and in a team;
- Have excellent communication and planning skills, respect for the work environment;
- Diligence, attention to details, initiative, honesty;
- Experience in preparing employment and migration documents for foreigners is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English or German. (foreign languages are used to communicate with employees);
- Experience in staff leasing would be a big plus.
