YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
- Administration of personnel documents (employee admission, dismissal, vacation administration, changes to employment contracts, business trips, preparation of certificates, SODRA, A1, etc.).
- Checking, filling out and transferring the information of employee newsletters to the accounting department.
- Systematization and analysis of personnel information, preparation of various types of reports.
- Working with internal company programs (Bonus is one of them).
- Prompt resolution of problems.
- Placement of job ads, review of CVs.
- Constant communication with employees, managers on personnel management issues.
WE HOPE THAT:
- You know personnel management processes and DK of the Republic of Lithuania;
- You have worked as a personnel manager and have at least 1 year of experience;
- You have good knowledge of the Russian language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- You have good computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Excel - essential).
- You have good time planning, organizational and collaboration skills.
- You are communicative, proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, strategic thinking.
