TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- At least two years of successful recruitment management experience
- Know the labor market and know the channels of attracting employees
- Not being afraid to look for new solutions and to be able to look at the same situation from different perspectives
- To be able to inspire the team about the set goals and develop them
- Ability to communicate in English
- To be able to turn problems and challenges into opportunities
