We invite a creative, motivated and goal-oriented personnel selection administrator to join the international personnel selection agency.

Nature of work:
- Database maintenance, information gathering, updating;
- Creation of job advertisements;
- Administration of social networks, writing messages, creating texts, making analyzes and insights;
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates by phone and online;
- Generation and implementation of new ideas for attracting candidates.
Requirements:
- Russian language is mandatory (oral and written);
- Creativity, independence, ability to search for information and make insights;
- Experience in similar work would be considered a great advantage.
