Personnel Selection Consultant

Stafferty invites a new colleague to join its team in Vilnius - a recruitment consultant.

🔹You will be responsible for the smooth and full implementation of the selection project;
🔹Looking for talent for various positions of qualified specialists, medium and/or high level (you will expand your knowledge in different fields - it will be really boring);
🔹I will communicate with the top managers (clients) of companies or departments in order to clarify requirements and expectations and provide the highest level of services;
🔹Expand the database of candidates and clients by creating relationships based on cooperation and quality;
🔹You will use different tried-and-tested and offer the latest tools or methods to find and attract candidates;
🔹Together with the whole team, you will participate in the improvement of processes and the provision of the highest quality services.

🔹Has at least 1 year of successful experience in personnel selection;
🔹Able to speak and write freely in English;
🔹Knowing other languages is a big advantage;
🔹You are motivated, communicative, tend to cooperate, you are good at planning your agenda;
🔹You like to delve into details on your own and cannot imagine your day without contact with other people.
