Employee requirements
- Work experience with personnel selection;
- Higher education in social sciences or other. in the field;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English (Russian is mandatory);
- Excellent computer skills;
- Organization, communication and positivity are your strong personal qualities.
Nature of work
- Organization and execution of the search and selection of employees;
- Maintaining constant contact with candidates and company employees;
- Administration of advertisements on specialized internet pages, company website, social networks, professional portals;
- Cooperation with training centers, employment service, etc. institutions;
- Candidate database administration;
- Active expansion of candidate search channels.
