Personnel Selection Specialist

Continuous and active search and selection of employees (employees from the EU and third countries).
Create personal files of employees and other documents related to personnel accounting and administration.
Completion and control of the employee database.
Organization of placement of job advertisements, transferring information to the administrator of the company's social platforms.
Organize the candidate recruitment strategy/methodology.

Analogous work experience is mandatory.
Higher or higher education.
Knowledge of Russian is mandatory, English is an advantage.
Communication, independence, responsibility, diligence.
Ability to work in a team, quick orientation, and flexible approach to changing information.
The ability to work in stressful situations and the ability to promptly solve the problems that arise.
Constant interest and deepening of knowledge in the field of personnel selection.
