Nature of work:
- Coordination of personnel selection projects;
- Administration of personnel documents and applications;
- Creation and placement of job advertisements on job search portals, soc. networks;
- Active search of candidates in internal and external databases;
- Analysis and presentation of candidate profiles to clients;
- Maintaining communication with clients and consulting on relevant issues of the selection process;
- Teamwork to achieve common company goals.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in the field of human resource management, personnel selection (required);
- English, Russian knowledge;
- Excellent computer skills (Office package);
- Independence, orientation towards personal and team results;
- Strong internal motivation to learn new things.
