- Conducting job interviews with candidates and evaluating candidates;
- Active expansion of candidate search channels;
- Administration of candidate CV database;
- Placement of job advertisements.
Employee requirements
- Initiative, activity, drive;
- Strong orientation towards results and quality;
- Ability to work both in a team and individually;
- Good knowledge of the Russian language;
- Work experience in the field of personnel search and selection is NOT NECESSARY. We will teach you!
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Good planning and prioritization skills.
