In your daily activities you would have:
- constantly delve into the needs of all company departments and propose measures to understand the expectations of employees;
- communication with heads of departments regarding demand clarification, selections and recruitment processes;
- active and purposeful search and selection of candidates (production, storage, administration positions);
- placing job ads and conducting initial interviews;
- continuous analysis of personnel search channels;
- formation of the image of the company as an attractive employer and increasing its awareness;
- analysis of the labor market, presentation of changes and offers.
We hope that:
- you are result-oriented, meticulous, attentive to details;
- you have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of employee search and selection;
- you have experience working with the ALGA program (advantage);
- you have excellent communication skills and you like people;
- you have good computer skills;
- you have obtained a higher education.
