A rapidly growing Lithuanian-German transport company is looking for team reinforcement in the personnel selection department.
Your responsibilities will be:
Searching for new employees and organizing interviews;
Active search and selection of personnel, evaluation of candidates, counseling and constant maintenance of contacts;
Working with internal and external databases, their continuous administration and filling;
Contribute to the improvement of personnel selection processes, implementation of various projects and initiatives.
We hope you:
Has at least 1-2 years of successful experience in the field of personnel selection or a similar field of work;
excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and Russian;
good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
good planning and prioritization skills;
ability and motivation to work in a dynamic environment;
orientation to the result, and the desire to learn and improve;
experience with social platforms, tools and other systems would be an advantage.

Salary
1000-1200 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the competences and experience of the employee.
