- Organization of active search and selection of employees, selecting suitable, motivated and qualified candidates;
- Creation/hosting of job advertisements;
- Assessing the competencies of candidates and employees and determining the need for training;
- Constant communication with candidates and company employees;
- Labor market monitoring, analysis and reporting.
Employee requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Knowledge of Scandinavian languages (advantage);
- Work experience in personnel management (advantage);
- Ability to respond flexibly to non-standard and rapidly changing situations;
- Quick orientation, logical thinking, initiative, excellent communication skills;
- Very good planning and work organization skills.
