Nature of work
- Active search of candidates in internal and external databases;
- Creating and placing job ads on job search portals;
- Administration of social networks;
- Cooperation and representation in company presentations at educational institutions and Career events;
- Work with Regelneef program;
- Finding new ways of attracting candidates;
- Creating the image of the company;
- Communication with existing employees.
Employee requirements
- Selection experience with scaffolding installation, thermal insulation, pipeline installation and similar areas - ADVANTAGE!
- Positivity, empathy, ability to remain calm in stressful situations and excellent communication skills (on the phone and in person);
- Successful experience in the field of employee search;
- Good planning and prioritization skills;
- Diligence and high internal motivation;
- Excellent English. knowledge;
- Independence, effective solution of problematic situations.
