We are currently inviting a PERSONNEL SELECTION MANAGER with knowledge and work experience in the field of personnel selection to join the team.

We are currently inviting a PERSONNEL SELECTION MANAGER with knowledge and work experience in the field of personnel selection to join the team.
Nature of works:
- Independent organization and execution of the search and selection processes for cleaning specialists/cleaners;
- Close cooperation with the Quality department, looking for the most optimal solution for attracting candidates;
- Cooperation with the Employment Service;
- Formation and administration of the candidate database;
- Visiting the company's clients in order to get to know the candidate's future workplace better and accurately form expectations for the candidate;
- Provision of proposals regarding employee recruitment, search, selection processes;
- Participation in HR team activities and initiatives.
We hope you:
- You have experience in conducting selections for various positions;
- You are ready to work with cleaning specialists/cleaners search - selection projects;
- You have at least a higher non-university education (advantage – in the fields of management, human resources, psychology);
- You like to communicate, you fluently convey your thoughts in writing and orally;
- You have experience in preparing advertisements, working with personnel search platforms, social media. networks;
- You have good working skills with MS Word, Excel, you have experience working with document/personnel management programs (BSS IT - an advantage);
- You are motivated and independent, able to make your own decisions;
- You have a driver's license (category B);
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (other languages are an advantage);
