What will your working day look like?
- conducting the search and selection process for employees;
- placement of job advertisements and active search for employees;
- consulting candidates by phone and organizing and conducting job interviews;
- full management of the selection process;
- administration of the company's social networks, creation and hosting of news flow, generation of content for the target audience (with the help of Marketing specialists).
What do we expect from you?
- higher or higher education in the field of psychology, business administration or management;
- successful experience in the field of selections for at least 1 year;
- excellent English - necessary, knowledge of Russian - an advantage;
- work experience in employing foreigners - an advantage;
- good computer skills (MS Office);
- communication, courage, creativity and excellent planning skills.
