About you:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced person who is willing to take on challenges and develop the work of our Personnel Document Administration group.
The manager of the personnel document administration group will be responsible for the entire work of the group, the personnel document administration process, from the preparation of employment contracts, process improvement to document archiving.

Nature of work:
- Coordinate the activities of the personnel document administration group;
- Ensure that all personnel documents are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with established procedures and legislation;
- Take care of the accuracy and security of employee data;
- Cooperate with representatives of other departments in order to ensure effective communication and efficient document management process;
- To be interested in the best HR management practices and ideas to contribute to the successful organization of the entire department, which includes: HR projects, various initiatives, selections, trainings, etc.;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of personnel administration, an advantage - in a leading position;
- Experience with acquisition and development of HR document management software;
- Experience with the JIRA program is an advantage;
- Diploma of Higher Education. in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field a plus;
- Good knowledge of DK and application in practice;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Knowledge of foreign languages. English language. necessary, Russian is an advantage.
