In order to improve and develop the KEBAB inn brand, we are looking for a staff and operations manager whose agenda is to:
generation and implementation of personnel strategies;
monitoring the organization's microclimate and purposeful implementation of the necessary changes. Development and improvement of the motivational system;
partial search and selection of employees;
administration of documents in accordance with the DK of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
calculation of salaries and allowances for employees of departments;
activity administration;
organization of internal events.
Employee requirements
higher or post-graduate education;
experience of similar work;
driver's license.
Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law;
attention to detail, clerical knowledge;
responsibility, positivity and ambition to achieve the highest results; inner determination to accept everyday challenges, to implement change.
