Nature of work
In order to improve and develop the KEBAB inn brand, we are looking for a staff and operations manager whose agenda is to:
- generation and implementation of personnel strategies;
- monitoring the organization's microclimate and purposeful implementation of the necessary changes. Development and improvement of the motivational system;
- partial search and selection of employees;
- administration of documents in accordance with the DK of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
- calculation of salaries and allowances for employees of departments;
- activity administration;
- organization of internal events.
Employee requirements
- higher or post-graduate education;
- experience of similar work;
- driver's license.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law;
- attention to detail, clerical knowledge;
- responsibility, positivity and ambition to achieve the highest results; inner determination to accept everyday challenges, to implement change.
