Your responsibilities:
- Organization of employee search and selection processes, evaluation of candidates;
- Participation in the development and implementation of the talent attraction and retention strategy;
- Coordination of the induction process of new employees;
- Administration of personnel documents (conclusion, change, termination of employment contracts, administration of business trips, vacations, etc.);
- Consulting company managers on labor law and other issues.
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- At least two years of successful experience in conducting/administering personnel selections;
- knowledge and practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Good computer skills;
- English language skills;
- Orientation to the result, independence, responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, positivity.
