Search for receptionists, nurses, etc. medical recruiting staff;
Maintaining constant close contact with managers, analyzing their needs;
Searching for candidates using the "headhunting" method;
Market analysis - gathering data on potential employees, filling the database and maintaining contacts;
Cooperation with higher schools, presentation of the company at career days;
Involvement in various HR department activities;
Work throughout the entire region of Lithuania.

Employee requirements
Experience in medical staff search and selection processes;
Good communication skills, initiative, ability to communicate with different people;
Quick and creative response to emerging problems related to the need for new employees;
Excellent work planning, organization and collaboration skills;
Ability to work both in a team and individually;
category B driver's license;
Experience as a medical representative or sales manager would be a strong advantage.
