While working in our team, you will have the following tasks:
- partnership with colleagues from the company's departments, ensuring the functionality of HR processes and the balance of people's well-being and productivity;
- organization and implementation of the employee search and selection process;
- coordination and improvement of the introduction and adaptation process of new team members;
- participation in the formation of reward and additional benefit systems for the company's employees;
- assistance in creating and implementing the organization's internal culture, employer's image;
- analysis of various personnel data, systematization and presentation of results;
- participation in the implementation of personnel and document management systems;
- consulting colleagues on various issues related to personnel management;
- creation and coordination of various projects, contributing to the implementation of the organization's strategic goals and people's well-being.
We believe that you would do best in this position if:
- has at least 1 year of successful work experience in the field of human resources management (at a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- you have obtained a higher education in the field of human resources, social sciences (or in another field that is actually applicable to this job);
- able to create processes, implement projects, coordinate different needs and find solutions in various situations;
- you know the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, you can find the necessary information and apply it in your work;
- willing and able to take care of colleagues, you are ready to contribute to various activities of the organization, creation of internal culture and implementation of other projects;
- you are positive, responsible, independent, organized and result-oriented.
