Nature of work
- You will implement employee selection processes from A to Z;
- You will ensure smooth communication with candidates and colleagues from other departments;
- I organize employee tet-a-tet interviews, annual interviews;
- Plan and execute company events, team building and other employee engagement activities;
- Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management;
- Collaborated with department heads to identify and meet staffing needs.
Employee requirements
- Has 1-2 years of work experience in personnel selection, HR experience (advantage);
- Able to independently manage dynamic employee search/selection projects;
- Professionally conduct job interviews, carry out assessment of personal and professional competences;
- Learn Russian/English (not lower than B2 level).
- You are a dynamic, flexible and results-oriented person.
