Nature of work
- Development of personnel development and recruitment of new employees, with the help of partners, recruitment agencies, etc., operating in EU and non-EU countries (employees from abroad)
- Search and selection of foreign partners, agencies, establishing contacts, conducting negotiations on the selection, testing and recruitment of new employees to AVS Pipefit (welders, pipeline installers, ship hull assemblers, etc.)
- Search, selection, establishment of contacts for new subcontractors in Lithuania/abroad (human resources)
- Maintaining and developing close relationships with existing subcontractors.
Employee requirements
- English, Russian (written, spoken). MANDATORY.
- Higher/higher education.
- Experience in personnel, working with selections, subcontractors, partner search, etc.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Communicability, responsible approach to work.
