In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination, implementation and improvement of personnel processes (integration and education of employees, management of activities, benefits for employees, etc.)
- Coordination, execution and competent support of managers during the selection process
- Formation of internal company culture and nurturing of existing traditions
- Planning, organizing, conducting training needs and implementing improvements in the educational process
- Development and improvement of existing systems (Workday, SmartRecruiter, My Learning, etc.)
- Assistance to managers and employees in various personnel management issues
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher education in the field of personnel management (advantage)
- Has at least 2 years of similar work experience
- Has successful experience in the selection process
- You are able to initiate and manage changes, plan work effectively and have good organizational skills
- You can use MS Office programs fluently and quickly learn new IT systems
- Has good English language skills
- You are able to analyze data and make suggestions based on it
- You have important values: improvement, taking responsibility, being a good example, unity, caring for people and the planet, creativity, simplicity, economy
