We hope you:
- You have at least a university degree
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management processes;
- You know the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and are able to apply them in practice;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You are able to fluently convey thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- You are proactive, attentive and have a strong sense of responsibility.
We will trust you:
- Coordination and implementation of personnel processes and projects and initiatives;
- Selection of specialists, coordination of smooth adaptation of new employees;
- Preparation of documents regulating the internal procedure;
- Development of organizational culture, organization of events;
- Management of internal communication channels.

- Salary from 2100 to 3100 euros (before taxes). We will negotiate a specific reward, and the result will depend on your readiness to perform the functions entrusted to you and your existing competences;
