Nature of work:
- To ensure the proper selection of employees in the Baltic countries
- Active search for employees through various channels
- Educate and advise managers on all issues related to selection
- Analysis and improvement of the department's processes, goals and performance indicators
- Monitoring and analysis of the situation in the labor market
- Nurturing and strengthening company culture, organizing team building activities and events
- Maintenance of personnel documentation
We hope that:
- Has at least 2 years of personnel management experience in various positions
- Learn to be empathetic and communicate with all types of people
- Likes to work independently and set high quality goals for herself
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage
