Nature of work:
- carry out full control of the project (employee search process and communication with the Selection Department);
- recruitment process - training of candidates;
- ensuring the financial indicators of the project;
- communication and communication with partners/customers in Germany;
- training and introduction of work managers in projects;
- recording and summarizing working time in the systems, calculation of wages;
- ensure orderly documentation related to candidate recruitment and work safety in projects;
- business trips to Germany (at least once per quarter).
Requirements:
- work experience in personnel, logistics, production, project management - an advantage;
- higher/higher education;
- knowledge of English or German (not lower than B2 level);
- excellent communication, time and financial planning skills;
- orientation to the result, teamwork, responsibility and organization;
- category B driver's license;
- excellent computer skills.
