The HEADEX GROUP team is looking for a new member to fill the position of HR Project Manager. This place is for you if you dream of a completely different working day, if you want to improve and purposefully achieve your goals. Nature of work:
- ensure the proper selection of employees in projects;
- coordinate recruitment processes;
- processing of documents related to employees;
- communicate with clients;
- solve employee problems in projects;
- monitor financial indicators;
- business trips to Belgium (about 4 per year).
Requirements:
- project management experience (in personnel, logistics, production would be an advantage);
- knowledge of English - C1/C2 level;
- excellent skills in planning your time;
- communication, attentiveness and orientation to the result;
- you are able to listen, advise, professionally represent the company's services;
- Category B driver's license.
