You will be responsible for:
Group of companies, looking for a new HR team member.
Expected job functions:
🔹 Prepare, summarize into programs and manage personnel documentation: employment contracts, orders on hiring, dismissal, vacations, business trips, formalize changes to working conditions;
🔹 Manage employee documents;
🔹 Order form A1: A1 order of employed employees;
🔹 Issuance of disability certificates in Lithuania;
🔹 Submission of 1-SD form to all those working in Lithuania. Cancellation, correction of 1-SD form;
🔹 Submission of the LDU form to everyone working in Lithuania, cancellation, clarification when changing the employee's document and clarification when dismissing the employee.
🔹 SDK code order;
🔹 Other works.
