Nature of work

  • Direct organization and coordination of work for employees from third countries, distribution of work on a company scale, ensuring full workload;
  • Organization of work, focused on the goals set by the company;
  • Ensuring a successful adaptation period and successful continuity of work for employees from third countries;
  • Monitoring, analyzing KPIs of the work performed by the employee and making the necessary decisions to improve work results;
  • Coordination and organization of accommodation and other domestic living conditions of foreign citizens;
  • Other issues related to employees from third countries;
  • Participation in the development of various personnel projects;

Employee requirements

  • Work experience in the production sector - a big advantage;
  • Work experience with employees from third countries is a big advantage;
  • You are a structured, organized and strongly results-oriented person;
  • You are characterized by positivity, an optimistic attitude, you are able to understand and solve problems in a constantly changing working environment;
  • You are able to communicate fluently orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English (B2). Knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage;
  • You have very good communication skills, you are able to motivate employees and look at situations empathetically;
  • Driver's licence B category).
