Nature of work
- ensure the proper and timely preparation, administration and management of personnel documents and procedures, including the formation and archiving of personal files (if necessary, administer documents of third-party citizens as well);
- to administer the timesheets according to the procedure and deadlines established by the Company;
- coordinate the planning, granting and cancellation of vacations, additional rest days, other absences in the Company's system, manage the process of business trips;
- to administer, create and improve personnel management processes;
- prepare necessary reports and certificates, other documents related to employment relations for interested persons;
- supervise other human resource management projects and programs.
Employee requirements
- at least 2 years of work experience;
- excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor relations;
- excellent communication, communication and negotiation skills;
- excellent work skills in working with a computer (Microsoft Office package, an advantage - work experience in the Microsoft Navision business management system);
- knowledge of requirements for formalization and preparation of general documents and drafting of legal acts;
- ability to manage large flows of information and meet deadlines.

Information on monthly remuneration
- remuneration from 1800-3000 EUR including taxes. A variable part of the remuneration and/or bonuses are also expected, taking into account work results and established indicators, which are determined in the employment contract and/or another internal document of the employer. The specific monthly remuneration is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position;
- working time – full working day;
- form of employment contract – open-ended, full-time;
- city – Kaunas.
