Personnel Specialist - Coordinator

What you will need to do:

• Search and select employees;
  
• Place ads, maintain and develop social networks;
  
• Perform administrative work: preparation of employment contracts, preparation of orders and other documents;
  
• Coordinate the activities of employees during their entire work cycle in the company.

It is important to us that you are not only responsible, but also active, not stuck in one place, have ideas and want to implement them.

In addition to all this, you:

• Has the same or similar experience;
  
• You are interested in personnel management trends;
  
• Has experience working with documentation;
  
• You are easy to communicate with, you know how to solve problematic situations;
  
• You speak, write and read in English (we do this every day).
