- Professional selection of employees at various levels: creating and placing advertisements, analyzing resumes, organizing and conducting interviews with candidates, evaluating candidates.
- Preparation of a database about candidates, constant updating of information, cooperation with department heads.
- Formation of various reports, systematization of information.
- Employee turnover management.
- Coordination of the process of introducing new employees to the organization.
Employee requirements
- You have obtained a university or higher education.
- You have experience in organizing other personnel management processes.
- You are able to understand and effectively deal with various situations.
- You are responsible, result-oriented and have teamwork skills.
- You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Russian language (advantage).
