Nature of work:

UAB Global Pack is looking for a proactive personnel specialist for a newly created workplace.

Your tasks will include:

You will organize, supervise and improve the employee selection process;
You will administer and prepare employment/employment documents and provide information to those involved

colleagues;

You will update the internal rules so that they comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts;
You will help the production manager to perform personnel-related tasks;
You will improve the personnel management process and ensure its implementation together with the production manager;
I calculate wages;
Prepares statistical reports;

Employee requirements

Independence and responsibility
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of personnel management
Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)

The accounting firm that handled the HR tasks will continue to support us and provide the necessary training to make day-to-day tasks easier.
The workplace is in Telšiai.

If needed, we offer English language courses to make communication with colleagues abroad smoother.
