Nature of work
- Management of personnel documentation (hiring, dismissal in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania, changes to employment contracts, administration of employee holidays, etc.).
- Employee data management, administration;
- Management of timesheets;
- Developing, updating, improving and ensuring compliance with personnel procedures.
- Coordination of the employee recruitment process, selections.
- Communication with employees, consulting.
- Organization of employee greetings on various occasions.
- Preparation of personnel reports.
- Performing other tasks related to the field of human resources.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (fields of administration/psychology/human resource management would be an advantage).
- Similar work experience (at least 2 years).
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports.
- Excellent knowledge of the labor code of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Strong IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Work experience with MS NAVISION or a similar ERP system (at least 1 year);
- Excellent clerical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Good time planning and ability to prioritize work.
- Analytical thinking.
