Responsibilities:
- Management and improvement of personnel processes;
- Administration of company personnel documentation;
- Organization of employee recruitment, search and selection processes;
- Coordinating and improving the employee entry/exit process;
- Implementation of microclimate and employee loyalty projects;
- Formation of the company's organizational culture and values and communication management;
- Consulting managers and employees on personnel issues;
- Coordination of various personnel projects.
Requirements:
- Higher/higher education;
- More than 1 year of experience in the personnel field;
- Document management experience (knowledge of the BSS system is an advantage), good MS Excel, Word skills;
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language and the rules of correspondence;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Very good knowledge and practical application of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Positivity, proactivity, communication, quick orientation, attention to details, teamwork;
- Independence, initiative, creativity.
