- ensure that all personnel documents and procedures are in line with applicable legislation.
Employee requirements
- have a higher education;
- have experience in personnel administration;
- have excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills;
- to know legal acts and legal requirements related to the organization of work;
- have the ability to effectively perform, organize and lead the entire personnel administration process;
- to be able to prepare legal drafts and other documents related to personnel management.

- The exact amount of the salary will be determined after evaluating the candidate's work experience, education, competencies, and recommendations. Also, depending on the results achieved, bonuses to the salary are possible.
