Main job functions:
- Preparation of employment contracts;
- Monitoring and management of paid/unpaid vacations and periods of absence;
- Working with A1 documents;
- Coordination and maintenance of work cards;
- Registration of jobs in Scandinavian countries on online platforms;
- Organization of business trips for the company's employees (purchase of ferry - plane tickets, planning);
- Organization of meetings with company employees.
Requirements for the employee:
- Experience in personnel administration or managerial work;
- knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Responsibility, attention to details;
The company offers:
- 1400 EUR/month. salary;
- Possibility to receive "bonuses" for achieved goals.
