Nature of work:
- Ensuring the smooth selection and recruitment processes of the administration of the group of companies;
- Consulting managers on personnel management issues;
- Involvement in other projects related to personnel activities;
- Providing proposals on improving personnel processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in personnel management;
- Good knowledge of Russian or English;
- Ability to use employee search platforms;
- Communication, initiative, strong sense of responsibility, ability to manage stressful situations.
