Narbutas International's People Experience Department is currently seeking a Staff Development and Engagement Partner(s) to design and develop the culture and strategy of a learning organization, including onboarding and development processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES FOR THIS POSITION:

Ensure organized transfer of knowledge and communication with the organization and teams;
Ensure the identification of the potential of employees and managers and the promotion of further development;
Develop the employee education system, prepare and implement education plans;
Promote and strengthen the organization's culture based on values and principles;
Ensure the process and execution of a respectful, mutually peaceful and positive farewell to the employee;
Organize an employee engagement survey or other opinion surveys, help managers work with survey results;
Contribute to the development of the annual interview system that corresponds to the maturity and values of the organization, plan and coordinate the implementation.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:

At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing the employee integration and education system;
Higher education (human resource management, organizational psychology would be an advantage);
Experience in creating and implementing training plans and programs;
Experience in group moderation, group training;
Project activity management experience;
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and cooperation skills, love for your work;
Good oral and written knowledge of English (level B2).

2100-3100 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on available work experience and competencies.
