Nature of work

  • Development and implementation of personnel strategy;
  • Organization of employee active search and selection processes;
  • Organization and continuous improvement of the induction process of new employees;
  • Improving and changing personnel management processes, taking into account both market changes and the efficiency of the company's operations;
  • Formation of personnel documentation policy;
  • Organization of prevention of corruption and protection of personal data;
  • Organization of employee trainings, upgrading of qualifications, management of required certificates;
  • Administration of the document management system and supervision of the digitization process in the organization;
  • Strengthening and formation of the company's internal culture, employee engagement;
  • Consulting of managers on personnel management, labor law issues;
  • Organization of employee engagement surveys;
  • Analysis of personnel indicators, preparation of reports.

Employee requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • Ability to promptly respond to changing situations and circumstances;
  • Experience in forming teams;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Computer skills (MS Office programs);
  • Experience in the implementation of motivational reward systems and their administration;
  • Experience in the implementation of performance evaluation systems;
  • Very good communication and organizational skills, time planning skills;
  • Ability to work in a team.
