Our client - "LTK Food Group" - a company that has been actively operating in the fields of restaurants and food production for 26 years. Currently, the company manages the chain of restaurants "ČILI PIZZA", the cafe-gastrobar "NACIONALINĖ", the restaurant "HOUDINI" and the fresh food GRAB AND GO BISTRO brand "DELICI".
The group of companies also owns the brand "Food Stories" - a food factory operating in Panevėžys, which has been producing restaurant-quality premium food for 16 years and supplying frozen, chilled dishes to large retail chains, restaurants, and hotels.
At the moment, the HR manager is invited to join the team, who will be involved in the day-to-day activities
responsible for supervision and development of HR functional areas in the group of companies.

Main responsibilities and objectives:

  • Formation of personnel policy;
  • Creation and development of personnel management systems and processes;
  • Organization and management of talent attraction and selection process;
  • Implementation of the selection process for management and administration positions;
  • Development, implementation and control of education and training systems at the workplace;
  • Performance evaluation system, process administration and development;
  • Adaptation, creation, administration of motivational and reward systems;
  • Initiation and development of employer image projects;
  • Ensuring labor relations accounting and administration processes;
  • Organization of work satisfaction surveys, surveys;
  • Internal communication, development of communication channels;
  • Organization and coordination of events and holidays.

For successful work you will need:

  • Successful experience in the position of HR manager or HR business partner;
  • Successful experience in creating and implementing processes in large companies;
  • Ability to identify priorities and act independently when making decisions;
  • Higher education in the field of Personnel Management, Management or Social Sciences;
  • Ability to promptly respond to changing situations and circumstances;
  • Ability to communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
